Sweet Relief Ice Cream has been part of the Trinity County Community for the past 8 years, bring frozen treats to the community, and smiles to the kids, and adult kids alike.
We offer a wide assortment of ice cream novelties from Blue Bunny, Nestle, and Wonder Ice Cream. We pride ourselves in offering a wide assortment of choices that just right for your ice cream cravings.
I’ve enjoyed serving our community all these years, and plan to continue the delivery service here in Trinity while branching out, concentrating on events for the 2027 season, while still delivering 1 day per week here in Trinity on the usual route I’ve been running all these years.
In the process of these changes, I will be retiring my current ice cream truck at the end of the 2026 season. The truck still runs and operates just fine, but I am modernizing my operation in order to survive the spiking costs in product, and gasoline prices moving to an alternative mode of operations. I truly want to do my best to continue to not increase prices to my customers, and keep these frozen treats affordable for familes.
Effective for the 2027, I will be operating a brand new all electric ice cream truck that is fully electric not only for driving operations, but to power the equipment used to make deliveries.
I will be working together with Blue Bunny Ice Cream in Utah, and my distributor Frozen Gourmet in Anderson to provide our service at events in Trinity and Shasta Counties, while promoting the Blue Bunny Ice Cream brand.
I will being pre-booking events starting on January 1, 2027.
In the meantime, it’s time to build out the new ice cream truck and gear up for the 2027 season.

Starting on January 1, 2027, Sweet Relief Ice Cream will be expanding our operations from Trinity County to Shasta County, serving the cities of Redding, Anderson, and other cities outlying areas within Shasta County.
Focusing on special events, sports activities, rodeos, car shows, corporate company events, church gatherings, we offer a great service to compliment your special event.
Bringing our all electric concept to the streets of Trinity and Shasta counties, we will bring the best offerings of frozen ice cream novelties along with affordable pricing.
While other ice cream truck operations are driven purely by profits, they cannot match the pricing we offer to our customers. In this tough economy, it’s nice to know you can go get the family a treat that won’t break the bank. It has been our mission for the past 8 years of operations.
Starting on January 1, 2027 we will begin pre-booking for events in your area. Slots will fill up quickly, so keep the date on the calendary and provide your event with one of the cleanest and nicest ice cream trucks you’ve ever seen.
Another part of our mission, is to provide this service year round to these counties (weather permitting) so you can always “Book the Bunny” for your special event. This is something that has never been done before in the ice cream truck business.
